The Elizabeth Foundation offers early intervention and support for deaf children and their parents. Services include a 1:2:1 programme for newly diagnosed babies and their family, baby and toddler programmes and pre-school nurseries.

TCPs are made up of clinical commissioning groups, NHS England’s specialised commissioners and local authorities. They work with people with a learning disability, autism or both and their families and carers to agree and deliver local plans for the programme.
The wheelchair service assesses users for the provision of wheeled mobility equipment for those with long term mobility needs, both powered and manual.
