The team deliver a specialist health visiting service with targeted support and interventions to children with disabilities and their families from the antenatal period up to the end of a child's first year at school (Reception Year).
Palliative care aims to improve the quality of life for patients who are living with a life shortening illness. It also helps their carers and those close to them. The Specialist Palliative Care Team (SPCT) aims to provide advice and support to patients, family, friends and carers.

The wheelchair service assesses users for the provision of wheeled mobility equipment for those with long term mobility needs, both powered and manual.
