Portsmouth City Wide PO1-PO6. Covering patients from the Neale Practice, Crookhorn Surgery and Portsdown Group even if living in PO7.
 
What the organisation provides - types of interventions and support: 
Locality based clinics offering advice on promoting continence and healthy well being for the child.
 
Eligibility Criteria:
2yrs-16yrs constipation and soiling,  4-16yrs day wetting to 19yrs if special needs,  5-16 night wetting to 19yrs if special needs.

To achieve maximum continence and to self-manage care.
